Clink the Link: Liturgy of the Hours
The Liturgy of the Hours (also called the Divine Office) is the Church’s daily rhythm of prayer. It sanctifies the whole day with Scripture, psalms, and intercession. Instead of being a single long prayer, it’s a series of short “hours” prayed at different times — morning, evening, night, and a few in between.
At its heart, it’s the Church praying with Christ and through Christ, using the very words of Scripture. Whether prayed alone or in community, it’s a way of letting God’s voice shape your day.
